Barnes Mosaic Eyeglass Case & Lens Cloth
Protect your eye wear in style with our hard-shell eyeglass case and micro-fiber lens cloth inspired by the tile mosaic at the Barnes Foundation. Covered inside and out with soft micro-fiber cloth, and stamped in silver foil on the inside with our logo. The case measures 6½ × 2½ × 1½ inches (16.5 × 6.4 × 2.5 cm.) The included lens cloth is 7 × 5¾ inches (17.8 × 14.6 cm.) Please note: over-sized glasses may not fit this case, but most eyeglasses and sunglasses will fit.
The stone mosaic (which can be found in the entrance court) was designed by Billie Tsien, one of the architects of the Barnes Foundation's Parkway campus buildings in Philadelphia. Her design is derived from the Liar's Cloth pattern of African Kente textiles. It is one of the many features of the building that make it a "tapestry in stone."
