Tapestry Pillows: Miró
Since 1878, the French company Jules Pansu has created tapestries and woven fabrics with workshops in Halluin, France, which has been the center of tapestry-making for over 600 years. Exclusively produced with authorization from Successió Miró, these pillows faithfully reproduce the "joy of life and spectacular color range of each painting" as quoted by Joan Punyet Miró, the painter's grandson and executor of the estate. The Barnes Foundation's collection includes a tapestry designed by Joan Miró.
17.7 × 17.7 in. (45 × 45 cm). Comes standard with pillow insert, which is removable from the cover via hidden zipper. Reverse side of the pillow cover is without design, in a solid color which complements the main design.
