Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Barnes Shop purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may reach out to us to process a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unworn/unused condition with the original tags attached. Please note that discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns can be sent by mail or processed on-site in the Barnes Shop during open hours. Please be sure to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for return before sending it back to us.
If you'd like to exchange the item for something else available in the Barnes Shop, we will do our best to accommodate the request.
How to prepare a return:
Email us at email@example.com to initiate the return. Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back in the original packaging with your packing slip. Take care to wrap fragile or delicate items to ensure that they arrive safely.

We appreciate receiving your tracking number via email so we can handle your return as soon as it arrives. Once your order is received we will process a refund for the merchandise and applicable sales tax. Shipping is at the customer's expense and is not eligible for refund.
If your order arrived damaged, please takes photos of the item and the packaging and send it to us as firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will do our best to make it right.
