Find us in the lower level of the Barnes Foundation, located at 2025 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA 19130.

Tickets are not required to visit the Barnes Shop. Simply let the Barnes staff at the entrance know that you wish to visit the shop and they will help you find us.

We are open from 10am to 5pm, Thursday through Monday. Additionally, you can visit us on First Fridays from 6pm to 8pm.

Online Orders

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for online order processing, in addition to the selected shipping speed time frame. We do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, and all orders are shipped from Philadelphia.

You will be offered multiple shipping options at checkout, each calculated by weight and volume according to the carrier. Heavy or bulky items, such as books or pillows, cost more to ship. We have selected shipping methods that are trackable to ensure that you know where your package is each step of the way.

Yes, we offer international shipping. View the available rates and services by adding the desired items to the cart and entering your shipping address at checkout, or use the shipping calculator at the bottom of the cart page.

We have partnered with Route to offer a seamless claims experience if your shipment is damaged or missing. This optional service is available at checkout for a small fee based on your merchandise total. You may opt out of this service at checkout, but please note that by deselecting Route Shipping Protection, the Barnes Foundation is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Barnes Shop purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may reach out to us to process a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unworn/unused condition with the original tags attached. Please note that discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns can be sent by mail or processed on-site in the Barnes Shop during open hours. Please be sure to contact us via email at with your order number and the reason for return before sending it back to us.

If you'd like to exchange the item for something else available in the Barnes Shop, we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Email us at to initiate the return. Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back in the original packaging with your packing slip. Take care to wrap fragile or delicate items to ensure that they arrive safely. We cannot accept returns that have not been approved.

We appreciate receiving your tracking number via email so we can handle your return as soon as it arrives. Once your order is received we will process a refund for the merchandise and applicable sales tax. Shipping is at the customer's expense and is not eligible for refund. 

Print Shop purchases are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Cards

Physical gift cards may be purchased both in-store and online, but can only be spent in-store, at the Barnes Shop.

When you round-up at the register, or add a donation during online checkout, your contribution becomes an unrestricted donation, meaning it can be spent in the way the Barnes needs it most. No matter how the donation is allocated, it helps us achieve our educational mission.
