We are a small team helping both in-store visitors and online customers. If you entered an email address at checkout you will receive shipping and tracking information.

📦 Shipping: We offer USPS and UPS options, both of which are calculated based on weight and destination. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for online order processing, in addition to the selected shipping speed time frame.

🎁 Holiday Shipping deadlines: For domestic shipments place your order by December 15th and select USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground to receive the package by December 24th. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.  

🚗 Pick-up: Local shoppers may choose to pick-up their order Thursday through Monday, from 10 am to 4 pm. Pick up your order at the Barnes Shop in the Lower Level of the building. Tickets are not needed to visit the Barnes Shop.
