Shipping Schedule

🎁 Holiday orders must be placed by Sunday, December 12th, 2021 for an estimated delivery (domestic destinations) by December 24th. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to global delays and shortages, but we will try our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. We appreciate your support!

Special note on COVID-19 delays:Β  We are a small team helping both in-store visitors and online customers. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for online order processing, in addition to the selected shipping speed time frame. If you entered an email address at checkout you will receive shipping and tracking information. Email us if you have questions about receiving an item by a certain date and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

NEW Route Shipping Protection: We have partnered with Route to offer a seamless claims experience if your shipment is damaged or missing. This optional service is available at checkout for a small fee based on your merchandise total. By deselecting Route Shipping Protection, the Barnes Foundation is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

πŸš— Pick-up: Local shoppers may choose to pick-up their order Thursday through Monday, from 10 am to 4 pm. The final day for pick-up before Christmas is Thursday, December 23rd. Pick up your order at our Box Office located at 320 N. 20th Street.
